How is it to be Model Based System Engineer:
– Responsible for the design and implementation of a model-based project for R&D analysis of an Electric and Fuel Cell Vehicles
– Capable of Data Analysis of Heavy Commercial Hydrogen Vehicles
– Creation and review Requirements Specifications, Design Descriptions and Reports
– Modeling all the different Automotive Mechanical Systems, including Thermal and Fluid Systems
– Development of control for different mechanical systems (Heat exchanger, radiators fan, Fuel cell cooling control)
– Define and carry out testing for model calibration and validation on test bench and/or vehicle
– Responsible for improving and customizing the Caetanobus’ Simulation Tool for estimating consumption

You must have:
– Master degree in Electrical Engineering or in Mechanical Engineering (with background in Energy/Power Systems or in Automation and Control)
– Background in Power Systems and Control
– Knowledge of Thermal and fluids Systems
– Experience with Model-Based Design tools such as Matlab, Simulink, or SimulationX.
– Knowledge in SW development (C/C++, Python)
– Knowledge of data bus communication (CAN)
– Experience with source control (Git)
– Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
